Q1. Can i spray/mist detol Mixed water On my budgies daily? Is it safe or it harm them?

Q2. How can i keep birds cage and bird smell fresh? Can u suggest me any litter spray or any-other options i can u on them plz help with these

Only if your veterinarian suggested for a reason.
Budgies don’t have a smell, only if you are not keeping your Cage clean. So make sure to clean your cage daily. I am using vinegar and water 50-50 ratio for cleaning.
